Shipping Policy for Italian Online Shoe Store:

Thank you for shopping with us at Against Rowing Shoes. Below is our shipping policy outlining how we process and deliver your orders:

1.  Shipping Methods:
   We offer reliable shipping services for all orders Worldwide. These include standard shipping and express shipping options.

2. Processing Time:
   Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Shipping Time:
   - European Shipping: Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3-5 business days within European.
   - International Shipping: For orders outside of Europe shipping times will vary, usually between 7-10 business days.  As you can appreciate this is out of our control.  For those in Australia & New Zealand please contact your local agent here

4. Shipping Fees:
There is a flat rate fee applicable.  For order exceeding our advertised amount (see banner on home page) there is free shipping offered

5. Order Tracking:
   Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. You can track your order using the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments:
   If you believe your order is lost or delayed, please reach out to our customer service team here, and we will assist you in tracking down your shipment and finding a suitable solution.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them with grab handle and heel ties packaged with shoes
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

2. Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items

3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department here.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the item

4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 28 days.

5. Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

1. Eligibility
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service department here.

2. Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service to initiate an exchange.
- Our team will provide you with further instructions.
- Once we receive the original item, we will process the exchange and send out the replacement item. We will notify you once the exchange has been completed.

 

Exceptions

Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately here with details and photos of the damage or defect. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
